Mechanical Production
Workshop Mechanical processing of ferous and non ferous metals is organized into the following selection:
Section Machines with central processing control:
- processing of components wiht prism bodies with overall dimentions of 10 to 400 mm by general millig machines and milling machines with CPC;
- manufacture of toothed wheels with straight and titled teeth - module of 0,3 to 2 and diameters of 8 to 100 mm;
Section Automated lathes:
- manufacture of rotating axis-symmetrical components with overall dimensions of 2 to 200 mm by bar machine tool automatic;
Section Metal pressing:
- plastic processing of metal in cold condition;
- punching, stamping, drawing, cutting and other with efforts ranging from 2 to 250 tonnes;
Section Galvanized filming:
- galvanization, cadmium plating, nickel-plating, silcering;
- vanishing and painting of metals and plastics.
Section Tool equipment:
- manifacture of instrument kits and volume electrical erosion and fiber electrical erosion.
